 The resin structure design is based on cashew nut shell liquid .

A revolutionary bio-renewable / bio-infused, 3 component, 100% solids epoxy ultra-lightweight underlayment system designed with performance characteristics which include low odor, flexibility, excellent adhesion, hydrophobicity and low temperature cure.  All properties are designed to meet the high-performance standards of US Navy 32584 and 3135 Mil Spec Standards. This leveling material will provide a seamless, water proof barrier, which will work well in wet spaces, galleys, passage ways and all other areas where decks irregularities need to be removed from a deck plate. Material can be applied from a feather edge to 3 inches in a single application. The structure is designed to receive all top coat systems including, BIO-DEK Colorflake, One-Step epoxy terrazzo, carpet, sheet vinyl, VCT and ceramic tile.  

  The aggregate structure is based on recycled glass, which creates a high- performance bio-renewable underlayment system.
